I thoroughly enjoyed your’s and Leonard’s book. Although originally from Montreal, I married a local trapper/fisherman (and the Budgells are related to my late husband). I am so pleased that you made the efforts to have Leonard’s word printed – they were refreshing, informative, and yet so related to the older life here in North West River. I maintain a friendship with Leonard’s nephew Richard in Montreal, and I am also a writer.
So I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with such a good read, and I thank you.

Hello Robin; My apologies for not getting back. I am terrible at keeping up with things. But I am so plaesed to hear that you’ve read Tilight. I have been to North West River in 2005. Len would have been chuffed that you’ve connected with my blog, and so, with his life.
